NEW! ZACA LAKE

Zaca means 'peaceful valley,' a quiet place of sacred natural beauty.  A place of healing.  A refuge for all.

Zaca Lake is located less than an hour north of Santa Barbara and only minutes off the Foxen Canyon wine trail and a short drive to Los Olivos and Los Alamos. The property feels like a world away, offering endless opportunity for absolute privacy and outdoor adventure. Gentle rolling hills dotted with ancient oak trees lead you to the entry of Zaca Lake - the gateway to the San Rafael wilderness. The lake is a pristine body of water fed by an underground natural spring, the only naturally occurring, spring-fed lake in Santa Barbara county.  The property is a truly unique treasure, a clash of Northern and Southern California landscapes open up to a valley filled with redwoods and oaks.  A swimming dock gives guests access to the lake, along with private patios for sunbathing.

Lining the north side of the lake, 16 cabin suites have been restored and refurbished to welcome guests.  Each cabin has an ensuite bathroom, minibar and private patio.  Additionally, there is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Staff quarters can also be accommodated if requested.  The property can sleep up to 42 guests and 10 staff.
